Pigasso Farms

I purchased a lamb for Easter and bacon too at the farmstand at Pigasso farms. The owner Robert was very helpful and gave me ideas for soups and stews to make with some of his other products. The lamb I made for Easter came out awesome! Everyone loved it. It was tender and tasted great. I made bacon the morning of Easter for breakfast and to top my devilled eggs with and it was so much better than over processed store bought bacon. Cant wait to make the country style ribs in the crock pot!
