SourJoe's bread is the best you'll find around. It tastes fresh out of the kitchen, because it is! HIs products are always unique AND organic, can't beat that!

Joe is an exceptional baker, you can tell his bread is fresh and not just typical supermarket bread. He's also a great person to talk to. I've never heard of a bitter melon and he was selling them so I picked a few up. He gave me a recipe and the dish turned out great!

Not outstanding but okay. Kitchen not inspected by MI Dept. of Agr. stated on packaging. Good ingredients listed on package. Organic flour and sugar. Attractive facebook page with photo of rolls and more.
