SourJoe's crafts artisan sourdough breads by hand from freshly ground, local, organic grains. These grains are grown at Hampshire Farms in Kingston, MI. Our own naturally-grown, gourmet garlic will be available in Summer and Fall.

Joe is an exceptional baker, you can tell his bread is fresh and not just typical supermarket bread. He's also a great person to talk to. I've never heard of a bitter melon and he was selling them so I picked a few up. He gave me a recipe and the dish turned out great!
