Reviews for: Backyard Produce

Sounds like a lot of people are not happy with Backyard Produce's crappy customer service - or lack thereof. How about one of their employees actually reply to emails, answer the phone, and cancel those accounts who requested it? I requested my account be closed 3 weeks ago - still the only response is auto emails. I cancelled by bank card to prevent further charges. Buyer beware.

BY Produce is the first CSA I've joined. I'd been interested in joining one for a while, but was really hesitant about not being able to choose my produce. BY Produce gives subscribers the option to either take the standard box, OR select from a list of available produce. The flexibility is fantastic.

There are some non-produce offerings, and while I haven't tried too much of those, the baked goods we've occasionally gotten have been fantastic.

All the produce we've received has been awesome, I would highly recommend BY Produce to friends and family (particularly those like mine, with picky eaters) looking for a CSA to check out BY Produce.
