Sounds like a lot of people are not happy with Backyard Produce's crappy customer service - or lack thereof. How about one of their employees actually reply to emails, answer the phone, and cancel those accounts who requested it? I requested my account be closed 3 weeks ago - still the only response is auto emails. I cancelled by bank card to prevent further charges. Buyer beware.
