We have purchased beef, chicken and pork products. All of these items have been excellent quality and great flavor. The beef is tender and tasty. The chicken is moist and full of flavor. The pork is the best I have ever tasted, the bacon is delicious and does not shrink when cooked. My favorites is the shoulder bacon and green onion sausage.

I wish Linda offered dairy products I know the taste would be out of this world.

The best part of "The Kaminski Experience" is Linda, personable, helpful, truthful and always available. Good bye Whole Foods, hello Linda & Dave Kaminski.

Since we got our first half a cow in 2006, we can't see paying Whole Foods prices for the quality and taste. Not only can you limit the purchase to a quarter cow, but they will have it cut and packaged to your specs every time. Of course, I had to do a little research on meat cuts and what's available from which pat of the animal, but Google has many guides.

For Christmas this year I was even able to get a last minute 20-lb standing beef rib roast that was the best my guests had ever tasted! I also like their breakfast sausage - tender and lean.

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a side of beef from Kaminskie Farms. My daughter and I each got a quarter and I must say that everything we have tried so far has been excellent. There is enough marble to make the taste fantastic but not so much that you have to trim everything. I must also brag up Gary's in Jones, MI; they did a fantastic job of cutting and vacuum packaging everything.
