Kaminski Farms Meats

Since we got our first half a cow in 2006, we can't see paying Whole Foods prices for the quality and taste. Not only can you limit the purchase to a quarter cow, but they will have it cut and packaged to your specs every time. Of course, I had to do a little research on meat cuts and what's available from which pat of the animal, but Google has many guides.

For Christmas this year I was even able to get a last minute 20-lb standing beef rib roast that was the best my guests had ever tasted! I also like their breakfast sausage - tender and lean.
