I ordered a collection of Baby Carrots, Bananas, Bicolor Corn*, Celery, Chocolate Bell Peppers*, Dapple Dandy Pluots, Granny Smith Apples, Green Romaine Lettuce, Hass Avocado, Kent Mango, Red Beet Root, Red Seedless Grapes, Roma Tomatoes, Spinach, Valencia Oranges, Yellow Onions, and Yukon Gold Potatoes. I never got the bananas, mango, oranges, peppers, or beets. I should get what I paid for!!!!!! very bad business!!!!!!!!!! I am very upset!!!!

I had this service for quite some time and had to stop the service for a short time due to money constraints. However, I was trying to start ordering again, and it would not pull my account. I had only been about 6-8 months. A woman called me and said she was calling to help me "set up my account". I explained that I had an account and would like help retrieving it as I did not want to pay a new registration fee as it WAS under a year (their policy). She said, "if you are not showing up, you must pay the fee again." She did not every TRY to pull me up or look me up. I asked her, "Can you try to look me up, as I spent between 25-35 bucks a week every other week for at least a year.". She said, you need to pay the fee and reregister, (*AGAIN without looking me up). I said, "Look, I am just asking for you to show some initiative and actually work with me here. There are many companies in Orlando that now do this, and I can go with them, but I already.....(i was GOING to say...had an account with you and would like to keep it up), when SHE SAID< OK< GOODBYE! THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! RUDE, Lazy, and superiority complex. I don't know if she was an owner or customer service rep, but I called and left message that they needed to call me back and that i was upset....no call back yet. If you want customer service that is FRIENDLY, go somewhere else!!!!

I love the service provided by Orlando Organics. It is so easy to go online and set up your account and place your order. Everything is automatic, you don't have to worry about paying a bill (it is deduct automatically) or setting up a delivery- it is all automated. If you need to makes changes in your order or deilvery day that's a snap too.
I love the variety in our delivery, which is the "harvest blend"- a nice mix of fruits and veggies. You can choose all fruit, all veggie, salad mixes or add produce. It is a great way to try new produce, you never know what you're going to get! You can go online and add your likes and dislikes. Prices are reasonable too, my harvest blend runs me about $24 every other week and is more than enough for my family of three.
The only reason I'm deducting a star is because they do not deliver to my area. Even when I was only 10 minutes from their Apopka warehouse (I think they've moved now) I was still past a specific street and thus out of their delivery area. I solved this by having them deilver to my sister's house (15 minutes from my own) and pick up the goods from her. Otherwise it is a great service!

I decided to give Orlando Organics a try primarily because I hate to go to the grocery store. My husband and I would put off going until we were totally out of food and then we would eat out every meal. But our weekly delivery from OO has totally changed how we eat. The fresh organic fruits and veggies challenge us to create tasty and healthful meals at home. The variety is awesome. We're trying, and loving, new things every week. I highly recommend OO, for the quality of their food and the quality of their service - when I had a problem, Dave fixed it immediately.
