I had this service for quite some time and had to stop the service for a short time due to money constraints. However, I was trying to start ordering again, and it would not pull my account. I had only been about 6-8 months. A woman called me and said she was calling to help me "set up my account". I explained that I had an account and would like help retrieving it as I did not want to pay a new registration fee as it WAS under a year (their policy). She said, "if you are not showing up, you must pay the fee again." She did not every TRY to pull me up or look me up. I asked her, "Can you try to look me up, as I spent between 25-35 bucks a week every other week for at least a year.". She said, you need to pay the fee and reregister, (*AGAIN without looking me up). I said, "Look, I am just asking for you to show some initiative and actually work with me here. There are many companies in Orlando that now do this, and I can go with them, but I already.....(i was GOING to say...had an account with you and would like to keep it up), when SHE SAID< OK< GOODBYE! THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! RUDE, Lazy, and superiority complex. I don't know if she was an owner or customer service rep, but I called and left message that they needed to call me back and that i was upset....no call back yet. If you want customer service that is FRIENDLY, go somewhere else!!!!
