I have bought two half beef and a half hog from Tom, so far. This meat is the best that I have ever had. I won't buy any meat from the market anymore. He is also very friendly and easy to work with. When buying a large bundle, you get to tailor it a bit, to what cuts/flavors you prefer. I will continue to buy from Bensman family farms!

My sisters and I have purchased beef and pork for our families and have been extremely happy. All the meat has great flavor and is an amazing value for such a high quality product. Tom is a kind person, very easy to work with. He even let us come down to the farm with our kids to see the animals.We will keep buying from Bensman Family Farms.

If you are interested in excellent grass fed beef at a good price, this is your farmer! Every single piece of meat we have eaten from the 1/2 side we purchased in the fall of 2012 has had excellent flavor, much less fat than what you see at the grocery, plus the meat is extremely tender. He sells his beef in different quantities at a lower cost than what you would pay for similar quality at the grocery. You can speak with the processor of the meat when you purchase a 1/2 side and customize your order. Another plus! He is also concerned about our earth and uses farming techniques that reflect this. When you buy his beef, the taste is going to make you feel good and you feel good taking responsibility for our earth.

I heard about Tom and his family from his email to our group. After reading about his farm and how he raises his animals, I decided to give them a try. Tom was a wonderful communicator and his service was impeccable. Neither compared, however to the flavor of his pork! I have purchased from others who have also been great, but his pork has been outstanding! I they recommend!!

Recently I purchased a hog from Bensman Family Farms. The quality of the meat was outstanding. Our family was looking for a HORMONE and ANTIBIOTIC FREE raised hog.

Bensman provided my family with a heritage line called Berkshire. The Berkshire breed is a very old breed orginating in Berkshire, England. The flavor is nothing like we've tasted before. Very juicy, good marbling of the meat. Awesome flavor. No comparison from grocery pork!!
