Every single piece of meat we have eaten from the 1/2 side we purchased in the fall of 2012 has had excellent flavor, much less fat than what you see at the grocery, plus the meat is extremely tender. He sells his beef in different quantities at a lower cost than what you would pay for similar quality at the grocery.
