My friends and I were going on a hunting trip a few years ago and buddy told me about Bear Creek Cattle Company. We stop and got some steaks and pork chops, we threw them on the grill that evening and we all loved the steaks and pork chops! My buddies have told me I have to bring it every hunting trip.

I have been purchasing beef (and pork) from Bear Creek Cattle Company for several years now, and plan to continue doing so forever! The meat is fantastic! I purchase 1/4 cow at a time, and when we first did it, I was nervous that there would be cuts of beef that we would not like. I could not have been more wrong. Absolutely every cut is great, and except for the slow cooker cuts (chuck roast) which go in the crock pot, everything goes on the grill.

I grew up on a dairy cattle farm eating fresh butchered meat on a regular basis. I though that was the fresh and tasty until I had a chance to try some steaks and meat from Bear Creek Cattle Company. The taste is not only fresh, but BETTER than the corn fed cattle I am used to eating, and night and day difference from the packaged - dye injected meat you buy at the store. My family and I don't bother with any other meat vendors. If you want fresh healthy meat- this is the place to get it.

My family and I had the opportunity to purchase some of Bear Creek Cattle Company's meat and I must say wow!!! The steaks were awesome, I love steak and anything lobster, shrimp etc...and this beef pairs well with anything. We first cooked it on the gas grill and after speaking with Will and getting a better understanding of better ways to enhance the flavor of the beef we switch to an open fire with charcoal bricks and and I must say made a huge difference the more permeative cooking style really brought the taste out with only salt and pepper add to the steaks.

i recommend Bear Creek Cattle Beef to everyone I know...and will be purchasing from this point forward all my beef products from them.

We love all of the meats we have ever had from Bear Creek Cattle Company. The steaks are always tender and juicy. Their roasts are always flavorful and fall of the bone delicious! The ground beef is amazing and doesn't have that "gamy" undertone that so many other meats can have. Bear Creek Cattle Company also provides top notch customer service. Will patiently and carefully helps you craft your larger order (i.e. if you are ordering half a cow). He answers all your questions AND asks you the right questions so he can help tailor your order so you get exactly what you want. (Enough steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, etc). This is a wonderful family business that you need to try!

I have been buying Bear Creek Cattle meat for a year and am so glad I found them. Their ground beef is wonderful! When cooked its a nice dark brown, not grey like other ground beef. The pork sausage is incredible! I have an issue with pork sausage but do not have an issue with their pork. All of their meat is fantastic! We are a family of 5 and all of us love their meat. The steaks are amazing! We found other pastured raised steaks very tough and tasteless. We also have visited his farm and its beautiful. All the animals are clean,very healthy and well cared for as well as all his pasture is green and well cared for.I highly recommend any meat by them, its truly wonderful! Will is happy to answer any questions when I have had any as well as share some cooking idea's. You won't be disappointed.

We have visited Will's operation and are very impressed with the health of his cattle and the care he takes of them. We got steaks, hamburger and sausage from him. The ribeyes are "melt in your mouth" delicious and second to none we've ever had in any fine restaurant. They are tender and flavorful with just the right amount of fat marbling. The hamburger patties we made cooked up plump, juicy and tasty. The sausage was excellent. We're hooked on Bear Creek meats now and highly recommend them!

I have been totally impressed with the quality and flavor of Bear Creeks steaks and hamburger. I've had $100 steaks from 5 star restaurants such as Berns and am currently overseas where the only organic grass fed beef I am able to get is imported from New Zealand, which are all good but my favorite is still Bear Creek! I love the fact that if you are in the area, you can give Will a call and he'll be glad to take you on a tour of the farm. You will be able to see the cattle, know what condition they are in and how they are fed, and in turn will know what you are purchasing and eating. I am glad to pay a little more per pound over the grocery store because I know exactly where this beef is from and I can trust that it is truly organic and the quality and flavor are top notch. Now if I could only get Bear Creek meat shipped to Japan...

Best burger ever! You can really taste the difference. Looking forward to moving back to GA so I can become a regular customer.

I am a french chef and only use bear creek beef and pork. Find it by chance while at blue ridge orchard mercier where they sell it as well. Bought few cuts, cooked one the same night and that was the end. Dream about how good it was. Google the farm, call them, visit with the owner ( to make sure it was legit), visit the farm with him, the rest is history. I have been buying a half cow every month, and pork. So far, we are getting close to get a full cow, since the filet mignon and ribeyes sold out in few days.
