I am a french chef and only use bear creek beef and pork.
Find it by chance while at blue ridge orchard mercier where they sell it as well.
Bought few cuts, cooked one the same night and that was the end. Dream about how good it was.
Google the farm, call them, visit with the owner ( to make sure it was legit), visit the farm with him, the rest is history.
I have been buying a half cow every month, and pork.
So far, we are getting close to get a full cow, since the filet mignon and ribeyes sold out in few days.
