Having had the interesting opportunity to "trade" watermelons for loaves of your heavenly bread at
the last Slow Foods fundraiser at Intuition Ale, I know
we came out on the best side of the trade! It's crusty exterior with such a dense interior texture makes you really appreciate that bread as a true food. It has a "life" that goes beyond it's rich flavor, & you know it has value nutritionally, not some endless-shelf-life yeast puff that has nothing more than calories to offer. I enjoy the excitement you and your sister put into your breads, with all the flavor varieties you've created. I think what I'm trying to say is that your breads are so delicious and nutritious they stand on their own at a meal, not as an "extra".
