We have had a CSA with Chesterfield for a couple years, and have loved it! Getting such a beautiful delivery week has not only increased the nutritional value of our family meals, it has also inspired creativity! Each week we as a family have come up with new ways to use vegetables that you cannot get in a store. The history and story behind each heirloom veggie makes it that much more delicious. The flavor these veggies have is so much more than anything I have ever purchased in a grocery store. We look forward to next summer for the next go round with Chesterfield Heirlooms!

Having watched this young farm grow over the past few years, I'm happy to see that Stef and Matt have joined this website. Their love of farming is evident, and they're happy to share their knowledge of and enthusiasm for heirloom vegetables with current and potential clients. Heirlooms just taste better! The tomatoes are juicy and flavorful, the garlic is fragrant, and the greens are tender and tasty.

As a Chesterfield CSA member, I always look forward to a weekly in-season delivery of a variety of vegetables with several recipes for suggested preparation included. Through their efforts, Stef and Matt have enabled me to eat more healthfully. (There's nothing better than a Purple Cherokee tomato sandwich with the juice running down my chin!)
