Chesterfield Heirlooms

Hi, we are Matt, Stefanie & Grayson Barfield and we are Chesterfield Heirlooms! Chesterfield Heirlooms was born from a love of food, gardening and history. For the past five years, we have had a small kitchen garden at our home in Pittsville, MD. We have since expanded to a 2-acre market garden located within town limits. We have always been interested in cultivating and eating unique varieties of vegetables. We specialize in old time open-pollinated, heirloom and gourmet vegetable varieties. We seek to find the most interesting and best tasting vegetables of yesteryear. Most of what we grow is pre-1940 varieties including: tomatoes, potatoes, herbs, squash, peppers, beans, root vegetables and more!
