Just tried the oyster mushrooms sauteed in better. Honestly some of the best mushrooms I have ever eaten. You need these in your life.

I have been buying Village Crest Mushrooms for over a year now and have never been disappointed. The quality of these mushrooms is top notch and the flavor divine. I recently experimented with the lion's mane. I cut it into small pieces, slowly sauteed them in butter then sprinkled a little Old Bay seasoning on them. What a treat! I also believe the oyster mushrooms are the best I've ever eaten. Fantastic for cream of mushroom soup. They are also delectable when smothering a well marbled, medium rare rib eye steak. Keep up the good work Scott.

Every time I've recieved mushrooms they have been amazing. Scott really knows what he is doing. It was great he brought samples the first time he came to see me. Would definitely recommend.

These are not your typical supermarket mushrooms, they are fresh, unique and delicious. The mushrooms are are great for use in sauces, a stir-fry, or even saut?ed as a side to your favorite dish.
