I have been buying Village Crest Mushrooms for over a year now and have never been disappointed. The quality of these mushrooms is top notch and the flavor divine. I recently experimented with the lion's mane. I cut it into small pieces, slowly sauteed them in butter then sprinkled a little Old Bay seasoning on them. What a treat! I also believe the oyster mushrooms are the best I've ever eaten. Fantastic for cream of mushroom soup. They are also delectable when smothering a well marbled, medium rare rib eye steak. Keep up the good work Scott.
