I have bought the raspberry jam and it is wonderful! We went through it very quickly. I would highly recommend!

I buy her home baked cookies for my lunches through the week. Peanut butter and chocolate chip are my favorites. Always sad when I run out between markets.

Jam Cottage is always on my shopping list for freshly baked, homemade cookies and gorgeous jams. She always has lots of beautiful cookies to choose from. The kids love picking out their favorites.

Oh no! I sure hate to hear that. Because of our safe and sterile canning process that should not have happened. Once jam is opened it does need to be refrigerated. Unopened, it will last for 2 years as long as the seal is not broken. Was your seal broken on the jar? I would love to replace your jam. Please contact me at stephanie@jamcottage.com for a replacement.

Also, sometimes lids will "pop" if the jar is dropped. This means the seal has broken, and the product needs to be refrigerated to remain fresh. I am sorry you had a bad experience with our product.
