Oh no! I sure hate to hear that. Because of our safe and sterile canning process that should not have happened. Once jam is opened it does need to be refrigerated. Unopened, it will last for 2 years as long as the seal is not broken. Was your seal broken on the jar? I would love to replace your jam.
