We expand our garlic patch every year and consistently buy Bloodnick garlic as seed. It's huge and, when sliced, presents as one the juiciest and tastiest of all our varieties. It has a strong, deep flavor and is good to eat with any entree. I would put it on display except that we love to eat it instead. Wow!
