I've been purchasing eggs, bacon, sausage and produce from Fox Holler exclusively for several months. I have never been disappointed. They are extremely dedicated to the health and well-being of their animals as well as passionate about sustainable practices. Highest recommendations from me!

Fox Holler Farmstead is dedicated to sustainable agriculture/permaculture call it what you want. His practices will improve his farm and make it viable for generations to come -- a model for farmers everywhere. But hey, how about his products? Eggs with yolks that are deep orange and stand up proudly in the pan. Animal proteins that actually taste like something...ducks, chickens and yes, goats. All raised sensibly, humanely and naturally. I have been to the farm and gotten to visit in the barn and chicken coop. These folks really love their animals! I deeply admire how much care they put into considering the best environmental options available, when they make farming decisions.

Milk from Sugar the cow makes the best yogurt I have ever had (it is like pudding, you could eat it for desert!), and goat cheese. Mmm mm good. I am so happy to live near this farm to get dairy, eggs, squash, onions, and meat here, what a blessing.

I love getting fresh eggs from Fox Holler. This farmstead raises happy animals and makes people happy, too. Thanks to them for all they do. I appreciate their efforts & love what they do. Makes me feel good to know my food is being raised right. Thanks, y'all!

I love the eggs we get from Fox Holler, they are delicious, but mostly I like knowing that the birds have a good life and the land is carefully stewarded. These people care about their animals and clearly spend a lot of time considering the most sustainable way to do any given thing. In particular, I like seeing the older birds. I like knowing that they don't just kill all of the hens and start fresh every 18 months, but put in the extra work to raise chicks under mama hens and know individual birds rather numbers.

Contentious?producers, contented animals grazing under the spacious mid-western sky, delicious meats, heritage breeds, clever use of the whole animal. I am so grateful to Fox Holler for care-taking the earth, raising happy animals, and, as a byproduct to these excellent efforts, producing meat worth eating.
