Fox Holler Farmstead

I have been to the farm and gotten to visit in the barn and chicken coop. These folks really love their animals! I deeply admire how much care they put into considering the best environmental options available, when they make farming decisions.

Milk from Sugar the cow makes the best yogurt I have ever had (it is like pudding, you could eat it for desert!), and goat cheese. Mmm mm good. I am so happy to live near this farm to get dairy, eggs, squash, onions, and meat here, what a blessing.
