I picked up my pork raised by Miss Gould at the butcher this fall and have been very pleased with every package we have opened. We have eaten several packages of bacon , all great, and all of our guests raved about the ham that we served for Christmas dinner. The pork chops are fantastic, I will definitely buy another pig from Madeline!
