In December 2023, I purchased a 130 year old farm in Brule, WI. The generous pasture space available here has allowed me to venture into the production of pastured pork and lamb. I firmly believe in giving animals the freedom to roam and express their natural behaviors, and my herd of hogs and sheep enjoy abundant space and fresh grass around the clock. In return, the clay soil in this area benefits from their presence, becoming enriched and prepared for cover cropping.
My commitment to sustainable agriculture and dedication to quality farming practices are at the core of everything I do. I strive to cultivate food that nourishes both the body and the soul, honoring the land and its intricate ecosystems.
