This years beef will be the 3rd one our family has purchased from Hall Campbell. Our previous 2 (1 completely eaten, and about 1/2 of our second in the freezer) have all been top grade beef. Very flavorful and great texture. They have been wonderful to work with, and great communicating through the purchasing process!! I look forward to making our 4th purchase soon!!

I want to say that we were blown away with the down-home love, generosity, and transparency of Lisa Hall! As we arrived at the ranch, Lisa was waiting in a side-by-side ready to take us on a tour. We thought it was going to be a quick ride to the cattle that would be slaughtered this year, look at the grass they eat and be done. Wrong! For us, the moment we met Lisa we felt like long time friends. And she was ready to take us on a 1 1/2 hour tour of all 2200 acres! It was a once-in-a-lifetime tour! She educated us on so much on the cattle, the history, the land, etc. One statement that was very important was: When you buy beef, if the rancher does NOT invite you to their place before purchase then they are hiding something! She sent us home with a sample.The texture was beyond expectations and the flavor was the best we ever had. We are now forever clients!

We purchased a 1/2 a beef from Lisa and Steve Hall-Campbell Ranch.We were invited out to there place and Lisa loaded us up in her Gator to give my wife and I a tour of there Cattle Ranch of 2200 acres. What a hoot that was to experience up close interaction with the herd and choose ours. We are going on 3 years of meat in our freezer. So so tasty, I bbq 2 T-Bones tonight for Valentine Dinner. Just melts in your mouth!! Wanted to upload the picture, When your considering buying beef to fill your freezer look up Lisa and Steve , Grass Fed beef, The Best tasting!!

If you have not tried one of these absolutely wonderful grass fed beef, you are missing out! I have had two now, and they are fantastic! The Hall Campbell family is wonderful to work with and make each transaction pleasant. I have personally worked cattle with the family and observed the way they care for their herd. I would encourage you to give this beef a try. I sure have been pleased with the quality and flavor of these grass fed Angus beef!
