Hall Family Black Angus Beef

We purchased a 1/2 a beef from Lisa and Steve Hall-Campbell Ranch.We were invited out to there place and Lisa loaded us up in her Gator to give my wife and I a tour of there Cattle Ranch of 2200 acres. What a hoot that was to experience up close interaction with the herd and choose ours. We are going on 3 years of meat in our freezer. So so tasty, I bbq 2 T-Bones tonight for Valentine Dinner.
