We just finished the first meal from our side of beef we picked up, and I have to say, it was even better than the last order of beef we got. Delicious and tender, melt in your mouth beef. We are excited for the brisket this weekend. The pastured chickens never disappoint either, large and tasty. The raw honey is a staple at our house. Thank you Edelen Farms for quality food!

I have really enjoyed the chicken and beef liver I have purchased. Lovely big birds, great for roasting, and the beef liver is sliced up and ready to cook. Excellent products, excellent prices.

I highly recommend buying items sold by Edelen Farms! I have bought meat products as well as eggs (as well as guinea eggs), raw milk, raw honey, bee pollen and a fantastic skin balm made by the Amish!

Of note, I am a customer of the Leon Springs Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings 8 a.m. to noon. Just a mention: He is not there on the first Saturdays of the month!
