I have raised dairy goats in the past, myself, and have been a lover of goat cheese for a very long time. Rona's cheeses are BY FAR the best goat cheeses I have EVER had the pleasure to taste...and I do mean EVER!

I do not even know where to begin when it comes to the people and cheese that are Sullivan's Pond Farm. Both the people and the cheese have an unusually. . .honest quality. Bold and beautiful flavors, upfront and lovely people. . .yet both are gentle and sweet as well.

I have difficulty describing the cheese! The packaging is amazing. . .some is packaged in olive oil in jars, and some is wrapped in beautiful leaves or corn husks. There is also one cheese, in particular, that is dipped in beeswax, and had leaves and flowers pressed on it. What a beauty that one is! Wonderful for guests, for gifts, or for a little treat for yourself. . .because no matter what it is for, the cheese inside is divine!

I love that this cheese is made in an old-fashioned way, and that the Sullivans are old-fashioned themselves (with a modern twist)! They are kind and generous. . . .and that shines through in their cheese! It is honestly the freshest, best-tasting (yet healthy!) cheese you'll ever find!

The Sullivans love their animals, and that is VERY important to me when purchasing food from a farmer. They love them and do what is healthiest for them, which is good, not only for your conscience, but for your own health, as well!

My husband and I started eating goat cheese in 2009 after tasting samples from Sullivan's at the Forest Hill Farmer's Market. The plain was good, but the various flavored cheese were superb. The sellers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I love Sullivan's Pond goat cheese. It's incredibly delicious and I like supporting food producers who use sustainable farm practices.
