We are a small, sustainable family owned and operated, earth friendly farmstead, located in far eastern Virginia, where the Rappahannock River meets the Chesapeake Bay. Our mainstay is our variety of Farmstead Raw Milk Goat Cheeses made here, in a unique old world farmstyle method using bonnyclabber (naturally curdled raw milk).
We have also added a line of Pasteurized Goat Cheeses which we sell as our Isabel series, named for the Hurricane. This variety uses similar techniques as our Raw Milk varieties, but are available on a much shorter time schedule.
We also use the milk from our goat herd in our own recipes of fragrance-free goat's milk soaps and lotions.
