Thanks to the awesome Natural Grass Fed beef from Brykill Farm, we just completed a Holiday family dinner with the best Strip Steaks anyone in attendance had ever tasted. This was such an improvement over the traditional store bought prime rib. We look forward to trying all of the other prime cuts. It is also refreshing to know that this product is trully local.

First of all a big Thank you to the owner of the Farm. Thanks to her I had the best time in New York.

Since I am coming from a big City in Germany I wanted to have a quieter stay in New York where I can also travel easy to NYC. I stayed in the very comfortable apartment on this beautiful farm.

For sure I also got to try the beef. Actually I have not enough words to describe this delicious Beef. I've never experienced a better Steak!!!!! Also to see how the cows grow on this farm ...seeing the love and work they put in raising their cows. It's just awesome!

I totally recommend this farm! I will definitely come back for another stay!

We are ready for our 3rd season of Bykil Farm beef . We love to entertain - and everyone who tastes our beef meals comments on the superior flavor and texture of the beef. The hardest question to answer is "how much to order"!!.

There is a real difference in the beef from home raised animals that are well cared for and loved. This is a wonderful farm that fulfills all that it claims to be and the beef is delicious. What a joy to find people that are willing to do the work so the rest of us can live a healthier life. All in this sustainable agriculture venture are to be sincerely thanked.

Clearly in my experience,,,, and I've tasted more than my share,,, Brykill has the tastiest beef available !! All the claims are true... happy well-feed and well-cared for cows produce a superior result.
