Crow Haven Farm

Crow Haven Farm is a small family-owned business specializing in gourmet garlic (Hardneck, Softneck and scapes, scallions & Green Garlic), Heirloom Italian Roma tomatoes, onions, shallots & Brussels Sprouts.

I've grown gourmet garlic for about 10 years but only produced enough for family and friends. In 2018, I scaled up the garlic operation and now produce about 500 lbs (total) of several varieties of Hardneck (bulbs & scapes) and Softneck garlic and have expanded into onions, Roma tomatoes, Brussell's Sprouts and new this year shallots.

20-NOV 2025 UPDATE:

Tomato season ended last week when i processed the last 10 lbs of Roma Tomatoes.

                           Summary for 2025 season:

_ sold 500 lb

- donated 240 lb to local Food Banks

- processed 120 lb (sauce in freezers) 

- disposed about 300 lb

Brussell's Sprouts:

- BS are ripening & will continue through mid-Jan

- sold 1st 10 full stalks this week

Pricing through end of November: $5 per stalk

ROMA tomatoes $25 for 25 lb box or $1.25 per lb  

Roma tomatoes: harvesting about 50 lb per day (new pics LATER today)

Brussell's Sprouts $7 whole stalk; $4 per lb sprouts 

I've had some pre-orders for various veggies and am happy to talk any additional pre-orders (425-344-1466, call or text me). This worked well last year for tomatoes as it was a tough year for growing tomatoes
