This share is designed for winter storage so many of the items will keep for several weeks in a refrigerator or cool place like your garage, basement, or unheated room, and some on your kitchen counter (like squash and sweet potatoes). The share has a nice broad variety of greens, onions, garlic, roots, potatoes, squash and herbs. Apples and dried beans, too.
