Smoking Js Fiery Foods Company is family owned and operated and located in Western North Carolinas beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain town of Candler which is just a few short miles west of Asheville. Inspired by our regions local food movement and a passion for gardening and cooking Smoking Js Fiery Foods has set out to create original hand crafted specialty food products with great emphasis being placed on quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Our commitment to fiery foods is only matched by our commitment to flavor, so when we begin experimenting with new product ideas we are after the perfect balance, hot & spicy but full of flavor. Currently our product line includes natural and preservative free hot sauces, bbq sauces, salsas, blended dry rubs, pepper purees, seasonally fresh peppers and whole dried peppers. Our products are prepared in small batches and closely monitored to insure a high level of taste consistency and character.
