High Grace Farm

High Grace Farm is a family-owned, small farm that produces locally-grown pastured poultry, pastured pork, eggs and some produce. We specialize in heritage breed hogs (Large Black/Tamworth/Berkshire) raised in woodland pastures and Jumbo Cornish Cross broilers that are pasture raised and fed organic, soy-free feed. We also offer pasture raised, cage-free eggs from heritage breed hens.
