We grow vegetables that have wonderful taste and texture which may be due to the rich soil, location, and other natural factors. Our variety of fruit trees are young but have began producing wonderful apples, red plums, peaches, and cherries. In addition, we have hazelnut and walnut trees. We do not use manure of any kind in or around the vegetables and incorporate organic mulching to enhance the already rich soil.
