We are just in the beginning stages of our small farm in Chelsea, VT, Hubble Shire Farm. Currently we are limited to vegetables and flowers. Plans are to include lamb for grazing in the Spring of 2014 and expand the vegetable garden. We practice no use of pesticides and eventually would like to be certified organic and sustainable agriculture.

We're just starting out this year at Hubble Shire Farm with flowers and some vegetables, no pesticides. Next year we'd like to expand our vegetables and pasture land to include grass-fed lamb. Our vision is to create a small sustainable vegetable, flower,lamb and chicken farm that will eventually be certified organic. We'd like to develop a network of local farmers and merchants to sell our produce.
