Jackson 'Maters is a small organic farm.
We have a heritage plant sale in the spring with 30+ varieties of tomatoes as well as eggplant, peppers, ground cherry plants, kale, and more. We start selling produce some time around the end of July, both at farmers markets and at the farm if you contact us first.
We specialize in heirloom tomatoes and also grow ground cherries, tomatilloes, peppers, okra, sweet potatoes, kale, collard greens, swiss chard, green beans, cucumbers, and more. We enrich the soil with compost and mulch.
