Stumphole Farmstead

We are a CSA located in Williams, Indiana specializing in vegetables and pasture raised eggs. We offer two 10 week CSA shares each year, a spring share and a late summer/fall share. We are transparent and proud of our farming practices, and while it doesn't make sense to become certified organic at our scale we strictly follow the organic guidelines when growing our produce. You can rest assured knowing that we never use harmful chemicals or synthetic fertilizers. Our soil is import to us and important to the health of the vegetables we deliver to you. In order to preserve the fertility of our soil, our farm practices minimal tilling and functions on a "human-powered scale", meaning we don't use tractors or fossil fuels. Our spring CSA share starts the second week in May and ends the first week of July. Our summer/ fall CSA starts the second week in July. Each of these are 10 weeks long, and cost 21 dollars per week. We prefer our customers to pay in full the first week in order to streamline our bookkeeping, but we will make exceptions for those who cannot afford to do so.
