All of our cattle are feed a spent Brewers grain (mainly barley & wheat, full of quality forage and natural vitamins. They are free of growth hormones and implants, are 98% antibiotic free and are treated in a good and humane way. All of our cattle are processed at a USDA inspected facility, that is a certified humane facility.

Sunday, May 1st this year and runs through October 30th
. The hours 9 am -1 am
This Market is located right across from the Galleria Shopping Mall. We are new to this market so we do not know where we will me at this time. Will update this page as we get a designated location.
