Sugar Creek Piedmontese

My husband & I attended the Winghaven F M on Saturday. So many unique booths, I did some Christmas shopping & bought a banana tree! Hands down the best find was Sugar Creek Piedmontese beef. We'd been looking for a lower fat beef & I am sure we found it. We purchased ground beef, a chuck roast & a brisket. Tonight was burger night. Fixed them on the Foreman grill with no spices, wanted to taste the unique flavor. Wow, so yummy! They didn't need any spices. Very tender & yummy with almost no fat/juices in the tray. Can't wait to try the roast & brisket. Thank you so much for what you do at Sugar Creek. I know you do much more than just beef - next time.
