Open Ridge Farm

Open Ridge Farm is located in the beautiful South Toe Valley of northwest North Carolina, along Rock Creek. We currently offer organically grown annual veggies and some jams from wild-harvested berries and old fruit trees and grapes on the farm. We also make and sell hot sauce (Mean Green or Pica Rica) and organic whole wheat sandwich bread. We are in process of installing a diverse orchard of fruits and nuts, berries, asparagus, as well as our certified farm kitchen and outdoor classroom space for workshops and agri-tourism. The truffula tree on our logo stands for all of us 'who care a whole awful lot' about planting seeds for a healthy world for our children.
