CSA: Sweet Home Meats

Joining the CSA is a great way to experience a variety of cuts while also participating in your local food production. Plus, joining the CSA saves you and the farmer money! Your share contents reflect the variety and proportions of cuts found in a whole animal. Generally speaking that means 1/3 each of steaks, roasts and grounds. Expect to receive an ever changing selection of boneless and bone in cuts over time. Shares will not include bags of bones or organs (offal) - unless specified or requested. There are a variety of share types to choose from, most including several different animal types, but there are also Beef Only and Chicken Only shares. Choose either 5, 10 or 20lbs per month delivery depending on share selection. We also offer a custom CSA share. You can’t specify individual cuts, but you can choose different meat types in 5lb increments- see online description, call us or visit us near you. You will receive a free insulated market bag with your first pick up. Shares come pre packed in eco-friendly bags for easy placement in your insulated ones. 1 month wait time on all shares.
