The Buttery is the retail shop of the bakery and commissary for Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins' restaurants: C. Ellet's Steakhouse, H&F Burger and Hop's Chicken, and Holeman & Finch Public House located at Colony Square.
We bake fresh bread (pain au levain, sandwich loaves, bagels) and pastry (tarts, cakes, cookies, pies) daily. Our lovely, artisanal shop includes local and international cheeses, local country hams and sausage, fresh local & heritage breed meats, farm eggs and dairy, locally milled flour and sourced grains, and a full selection of ready-to-eat dinner options along with vegetable side dishes!
We also have a hot sandwich menu and cafe, so please come in and order a cheesesteak or cheeseburger and a cup of coffee to enjoy at home or on our patio with your loved ones.
