The Hour Farm: A Research Investment in Time

Farm started with producing haybales since 2011. We have also been growing romaine lettuce, spinach, carrots, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, okra, and cilantro. We have been collecting our own seeds for some vegetables and have been testing permaculture methods and techniques. I like to call this a research investment in time. We will also be offering seeds for sale as soon as we perfect our methods.
