After starting the farm several years ago, and honing our grazing skills with grassfed beef, woodlot pork, and pastured chicken, we are expanding our products this coming year with a vegetable option to our CSA. In addition to our meat offerings, our vegetable garden will use organic and heirloom variety seeds only, absolutely no chemicals, cultivation will be done only by hand, and water will be supplied by the rainwater harvested off of the roof and the spring on property. We have a few productive fruit trees and lots of wild berries, so there will be some apples and pears in late summer, along with plenty of raspberries and blackberries in early to mid summer. We are also adding a beekeeper this Spring, and eventually will offer local raw honey as well. One of the many things that makes us unique is that we offer a meat & egg option to our CSA customers.
