The Tiny Home(stead)

Welcome to The Tiny Home(stead)! Our adventure began in 2018, when we moved into a tiny house that we built on our property in Chugiak, AK. We started with a flock of tiny chickens, and soon added a herd of tiny goats (Nigerian Dwarves). We have expanded into some larger goats as well, but we love our tiny roots!

Our goal is to raise animals in a humane way, without straying too far from their natural environment. We give them a great life with good food, comfortable houses, green stuff to eat, and lots of love. These animals provide our tiny family with healthy, delicious food, and we want to share that with our community.

We currently offer a year-round herd share program for raw goat milk (as well as kefir, cheese, and cream). We have a separate share program for eggs (chicken and duck). We also offer other goat-related services, including baby goat parties, farm tours, and opportunities for hands-on experience with goats by volunteering at the farm.

Please feel free to call, text, or email to find out more about pricing and availability. Babies and children with dietary needs are given special priority. We never want finances to stand between you and good food, so if finances are a barrier we are happy to discuss barter options.
