We are a Texas DSHS Licensed Goat dairy and Cheese manufacturer. We have a herd of about 100 Alpine and Saanen dairy goats. Our herd is cared for with the highest standards. They are 100% grass-fed with several pastures to rotate on. We make and sell a variety of aged cheeses from our herd's raw milk, as well as msny fresh cheeses from low temp pasteurized milk. We also produce lattes, yogurts, milk and chocolate milk, and goat milk soaps! We have several varieties of our raw aged goat cheese with new types coming out every week. Contact us for more details!
