Thorn Bottom Honey & Chickens

Thorn Bottom Honey is a small private apiary located on our Paso Fino horse stable in Ottawa County. We surround our property with white clover and are happy that our neighbors plant hay fields to keep the bees busy. At various times of the year we offer heirloom tomatoes and other vegetables for sale; however, we are most fascinated with bees and the numerous health benefits from raw honey & bee products and are proud to offer honey for sale year round (until sold out - we leave plenty for the bees to eat all winter). We do not use chemicals in our hives and rarely use chemicals of any kind in the garden & farm. Our honey and produce can be purchased at our farm to table pub, The Beekeeper Inn located in downtown Oak Harbor.
