Timber's Edge Farm is a small family operation whose ideals are based on 6th generation Illinois Agricultural Experience & Beliefs. We raise oxford sheep and use them for meat, fiber, and milk. We also raise chickens for meat and eggs. We have a few cross-bred cattle and a few other pets :-) We are not large enough to make a full-time business of our farm and on the whole raise our goods for self-sustaining and educational purposes. We believe in local foods and goods. We welcome farm tours, farm dinners and the opportunity to share our products with our visitors.
